Hey have you played basketball? Well every Monday after morning tea we have basketball. Our coaches are Vinnie and Shanice. Sometimes we play games. One of them is called golden child. This is how you can play the golden child you need to get into two teams. One of the team have the ball they have to shoot the ball into the hoop. If they get the ball in to the hoop you have to stop the last one is the golden child he has to run and if he past one of the kids they have to run with the rest. Some skills is called jump stop and fishing and all different stuff I love basketball I love them too came back to school thank mrs V for doing this thank you so much.

It is winter in Auckland. We are cold in the morning when we wake up, the temperature is low. I do not want to get out of bed in the morning because my hands feel numb. I tell my mum “I don’t want to go to school” then my mum says “go to school you don’t learn anything at home.” Some night we see lightning flash in to my home it look like we was taking a photo of we. men it so so cold at Auckland.

WILF: Use interesting words and word groups to write simple and complex sentences . 

Hey! have you play the Blindfold Game? I have. We played the blindfold game in my classroom. 

 This is how you play the Blindfold Game. If you are by yourself you only need one bowl. If you have brothers and sisters you can play with them. All you need are some bowls and some rice and some safety pins. You put rice and the pins into the bowl and you start to play. You have to put the blindfold around your head then you need to find the safety pins without looking.

To win the game you have to get the most pins. You only have one minute. One of the boys won. He got 15 pins out of the bowl. One of the girls got the same. She got 15 too

When I had a turn I couldn't feel anything.  I just got 1 pin at the last second. I enjoyed the blindfold game because kids were so happy because it was a fun game for my class to play.

Hey! Have you heard of the chocolate game? Well this morning our class played the chocolate game.

We had to sit in a large circle it was fun and exciting. Next you have to roll the dice, if you roll the dice and it lands on a six you have to run to the clothing and accessories. You had to put on six clothing and accessories.

I rolled a six 4 times. I had the bright green wig and the black feathery boa. I hurried to put on six clothing and the accessories. Alex look cool when his turn came up. He put the glasses On we said“ go go go Alex” but someone got a six and he had to sit down.

When I rolled a six I felt excited. I was moving slow because I didn’t want a turn. I was happy when someone else got a six. I really enjoyed the chocolate game and I wished I got to eat a piece.   

Nepal

In Nepal , there was a really bad Earthquake. There  was a deep rumbling the ground and it caused cracks in the concrete and streets.Some people died from the earthquake and from the broken buildings. All the buildings where damich from the earthquake. Heaps of people was calling for help and the rescue people saved them by pulling them out.

Anzac day

Anzac stands for Australia and New Zealand Army Corps.  It marks the day where soldiers served in World War One in 1915. That is one hundred years ago, this year. Some soldiers died and others came back home. They went to Go to fight against soldiers from Thailand .  

Now in New Zealand and all over the word, people have dawn poppies. It is where people can go and remember what happened.  This takes place on 25th of April. Poppies were sold in 1922 to raise many for soldiers and their families.  These are sold before Anzac Day and the money goes to RSA’s.  RSA stands for the Royal New Zealand Royal and Soldiers Association.

my holiday

p1 This is my highlight for my holiday. The youthgrow were going to

bowling  but all of us was not there we have to say at home and play

at the back. But we were save .Because we went to the pools fay away from G.i some of the youthgrow say we had we had to get ready for the bus.

p2 One of the bus was wilting outside. For us we ran so fast we had to for my mum and dad. I expected we were allowed in the bus get in  

it was cool some of the boys had their t-shirt. Off because were getting ready we got off the bus we ran so fasts we fall down.        

p3 So we slow down we ran aging. And we jump inside the pool and we went down the jumping boat we play play it was so fun. We got out of the pool and we got changed .And had Big mc.

This term our topic is all about Technology.We are trying to solve a problem that relates to our everyday life at school .We are going to create a game that we are going to play during rainy days at school

At Thursday we walked to  omaru creek we went to see how we can  clean the creek one man had a long chain on his leg and the next man was in the creek.

Then we saw some glass people in the water  it was cool because to kids make glass people.

In the weekend we went to the beach With my Church. We saw some mormons we played games like volleyball eating competition we had one apple. Some eggs in a cup and we went for a swim we went for a long swim. We came back to my church and we eat food and we went to the movies we saw big hero 6 it was so cool.
