“Hi” my name is Tavake. I am 10 years old  I want to be a rugby sevens player in the Commonwealth  Games.  If I can be in the rugby sevens I will have to work hard and eat good food.  I have to train and train to be fit to be able  to be picked to be a player and represent my country.
